Ballet How to Master a Fouetté á Terre En Tournant



Ballet battement sur le cou-de-pied, petit is performed small beats at your ankle. Working leg is held sur le cou-de-pied and the low part of the leg moves out and in, changing the working foot from sur le cou-de-pied devant then to sur le cou-de-pied derriere continuously movement small fast beats. The support foot remains in one of the following positions á terre, sur la demi-pointe or su la pointe. Battement sur le cou-de-pied ballet movement is similar to the fouetté á terre en tournant and flic-flac en tournant. The battement sur le cou-de-pied is a stationary position and does not turn. However the ballet terms helps you feel the motion to be able to turn properly in the next ballet terms. It's all part of the ballet process moving through different ballet terms within the ballet progression chart.
