Technology Tools in Communication

Data from multiple sources is combined by data aggregators then processed and presented in precise form to share a meaningful information. The aggregation done through the technology enables leaders to successfully deliver their messages. Quick delivery of information by the leaders is done through the technology tools. The communication tools will enable the leaders to work smarter and effectively communicate the planned goal. The paper analyses technology tools like photo editing, videos and presentations, social media, cartoon software, and communication tools.



Photo editing

The editing of pictures is a creative way of delivering information. The editing task helps in marketing and presentations. Enhancing and manipulating digital images is done by photo editing software. The software ranges from the basic apps to the professional ones used for advanced requirements (Othman, Lyons, Cohn, Shokri & Bloom, 2021). Cropping and cleaning images makes the basics of photo editing. Adjustments of white balance, exposure and contrast, saturation and vibrancy of the color makes the basics of photo editing. The delivery of the goal information is done by finalizing and sharing the pictures.



Videos and Presentations

Trainings are done through videos and enable leaders to update the information in their organizations. YouTube is a major tool for making videos and sharing them through channels. Creating a YouTube channel requires one to sign in to the site on a computer or in a mobile. Profile picture button directs you to create a channel by confirming the details (Hou, 2019). The videos and presentations done in the YouTube enable sharing of information in an easy way. Leaders adopt the use of YouTube channels to keep information on their organizations updated.



Social Media

Social media creates a vast and free virtual environment for learning. Information and messages posted is accessible to the stakeholders. The social media platforms include Facebook. The social media network connects people online where they can share information either videos or images. Conversations of people with the same ideas shares their interests through the network via Facebook. To use Facebook, you have to open it in your computer and create an account (Looyestyn, Kernot, Boshoff & Maher, 2018). The account identifies who you are letting one to share and comment on other people’s posts. The media network enables people to share ideas and react on them through different ways like laughing and disapproving.



Cartoon Software

Cartoons make use of fun to deliver a goal information. Voki is a major fun tool for making projects and homework by students. The cartoon software customizes the appearance information being delivered making it more attractive (Thamarana & Kallepalli, 2018). The customized information is shared with others to ensure they have the updated information. To use the Voki presenter one should have an account. The Voki presenter enables on to create, edit, delete, present and share a presentation.



Communication Tools

The communication tools enable leaders to electronically communicate with their partners (Ahmed, Basha, Arumugam & Patil, 2021). Google docs are major tools being used for communication in an organization. To use the google docs, an offline extension of the tool has to be installed. On the settings under offline section, one can check and edit their recent documents in the offline box. The open file is done after editing then closed and turned on to be available online. The google docs enable people to chat, work on docs inside emails, assigning tasks and sharing comments.



Conclusion

Technology should be infused to communication and leadership. The innovation systems in technology enable information to be shared more quickly and clearly. The tech-tools have to be emphasized by the leaders for effective communication. Photo-editing, social media, videos and presentations, communication tools and cartoon software are some of tech-tools. Information sharing is essential for effective communication in an organization.
